David and Tiffany Kerschner have been spotted in Portland and Bangor. They are the ‘Kensington Crew‘ moving into our backyard to harvest ‘Bodies’ for California kickbacks.

David and Tiffany Kerschner were active in Kensington, PA (the “Ground Zero” of the opioid crisis) at the same time Gus Tarrant was operating there. Their move to Portland and Bangor means the “Old Guard” brokers have finished harvesting Pennsylvania and are now treating Maine as their New Yield Territory.

D&T Recovery and Second Chance Outreach appear to be separate, but they are a Synchronized Unit. By arriving and leaving at the same time, they “confuse the community” and make it look like multiple organizations are recommending the same California facilities (like Spark to Recovery). This is a Social Engineering tactic to build false trust.

They offer ‘Spark to Recovery,’ but they really offer a One-Way Ticket into a $100k insurance scam.

While D&T refers to “Spark to Recovery,” Gus Tarrant’s primary extraction point is Gev’s Recovery in Northridge, CA. These facilities often provide minimal medical care while billing MaineCare or private insurance for “Equine Therapy” and “Yoga” that the patients never actually see.
